the payment process was quick. received package about 14 days after order placed. received printer. gave issues from start smoke to seller Erasmart who advised to speak wit technical support. was asked to take step to fix issues. printer started to print but sputtering ink inside the printer. no white all color ink. the printer kept flashing 2 red lights on front . advised to power off and restart. printer no longer powered up, only the back power light. tech support requested that we open the printer. we did not have the tool or knowledge for this task. directed by tech to find it. tech then sent a video say to follow the video with intailed using some kind of electronic checker. advised was not comfortable doung this and advised to no have these types of tools. directed by tech to “Find it” . could inly get support on supply time which is always between 9pm and 10 pm. the experience was not good at all. missing deadlines for services due to this.
